H3Diversity is looking for a part-time Leadership Consultant to support the operationalization of current services as well as a twelve-month growth strategy.

The Consultant will primarily lead the engagement of a cohort of organizations engaged in programming designed to increase individual and team productivity, innovation, and collaboration as well as serve ongoing clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in team culture building and adult learning curriculum development, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.

This is a part-time remote position (15-25 hours a week). Note: Time commitment will vary based on the stages of the projects.

Experience:

  • Proven track record in curriculum development for adult learning environments.
  • Experience in leading cohorts and maintaining participant engagement.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building high-trust teams, including ongoing coaching to support tension points such as decision-making, prioritization, and microaggressions.
  • Stong facilitation skills and ability to guide diverse stakeholders to solve complex challenges.
  • Experience in team-building tools such (Enneagram, Non-Violent Communication and parts work) preferred.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting the development of engaging and informative content for a cohort of 5-6 organizations.
  • Serving as the client lead for at least one to three other organizations.
  • Leading data framework to track participant engagement and progress throughout programming.
  • Co-facilitating both client and cohort programming, ensuring a smooth and impactful delivery.
  • Collaborating with H3 to adapt and implement the H3 curriculum for participants, with potential scaling to other clients.
  • Aiding in the creation of H3 video content to serve as online learning aid for training participants.
  • Engaging the participant cohort actively and effectively throughout the program.
  • Providing support in gathering and analyzing data to monitor progress in each stage of team development within the program.

H3Diversity is looking for a marketing professional to support the operationalization of current services as well as a twelve-month growth strategy.

This role is central to establishing H3Diversity as a leader in culture change, leveraging marketing strategies that resonate deeply with our diverse clientele. The Marketing leader will be instrumental in rebranding initiatives and in developing marketing strategies that incorporate a strong DEI perspective.

This is a part-time remote position (10-15 hours a week).

Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in marketing roles with a focus on culture change.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.
  • Experience in managing social media platforms and integrating marketing tools like HubSpot.
  • Previous success in creating content that speaks to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience in building brands that deeply engage consumers and clients in knowledge in key content areas (experience in leading DEI, wellness, and/or leadership platforms preferable).
  • Previous success in productization of online courses.

 

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing marketing strategies to position H3Diversity as a thought leader in culture change.
  • Gathering and analyzing consumer insights from current and potential clients to inform marketing initiatives.
  • Leading the rebranding efforts to align with H3Diversity’s evolving vision and mission.
  • Integrating and optimizing HubSpot to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Managing social media channels to engage a diverse audience effectively.
  • Collaborating with content writers to produce materials that reflect H3Diversity’s voice and appeal to a broad demographic.
  • Ensuring all marketing activities are responsive to market changes and are executed within budget.
  • Developing online videos to support deepening of current client engagement and to sell to individuals seeking their own learning path.

 

Qualifications:

H3Diversity is seeking an experienced Sales Specialist. This role is pivotal in developing a repeatable sales model in partnership with the CEO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing and enhancing our current sales strategy, aiming to secure clients for the upcoming years.

This is a part-time remote position (15-20 hours a week).

Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales, especially with mid-market and large companies.
  • Demonstrated ability in building and scaling sales infrastructures.
  • Strong track record in meeting substantial sales targets.

 

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Assessing H3Diversity’s current sales strategy and recommending improvements to reach defined goals.
  • Integrating and optimizing HubSpot to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborating closely with the CEO to create a repeatable sales model tailored for H3Diversity.
  • Implementing, piloting, and continuously improving the sales strategy.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team and CEO for a seamless customer experience.
  • Securing at least 3 team-building clients for June-December 2024.
  • Aiming to secure at least 8 team-building clients for January-June 2025.

 

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in selling to mid-market and large companies.

  • Strong DEI lens in approach and client communication.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing CRMs for customer sales experience (Hubspot is preferred)
