H3Diversity works with organizations through leadership retreats to create inclusive cultures.   The retreats offer a comprehensive head, heart and hands journey for each individual on the team to understand their strengths and weaknesses and how they may support or hinder the results of the team. H3Diversity then provides ongoing support to team leaders to create and implement team norms that foster an environment that maximizes the unique value of each individual on the team and their sense of belonging.
